Shipping

All orders take 1-14 processing days and 2-4 shipping days. Please make note before placing your order. Most units will not be shipped immediately so please be aware that it requires processing days before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email including your tracking number for your order. Strongly recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks prior to when you need the wig unit to ensure it arrives on time.

We use the following carriers: USPS and Fedex

Also please note once we have shipped your order we cannot control the shipping companies. It is beyond our control once it has been shipped any further questions regarding your order would have to be directed to the shipping courier.

Please note: All sales are final. There are no refunds for orders. We take a lot of time and energy to be able to ship all our orders in a timely manner and each unit is created specifically to what our customers order.

Exchanges and store credit can only be provided and must fit the following criteria:

-Must not be worn, washed, or lace tampered with

-must be free of stains and makeup

-We are not liable to any returns that may have been lost or stolen

-Exchanges or store credit is processed after the unit(s) have reached the sender

Returns are refunded via store credit or exchanges when meeting all those criteria
